Am Mittwoch, den 18. November 2015, gastiert im Rahmen der Ringvorlesung „Staat, Verfassung, Demokratie“ der Rechts- und Politikwissenschaftler Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Ulrich K. Preuß an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. Um 18:00 Uhr (c.t.) spricht er in HS XV [Mel] zum Thema „Die statusbildende Macht von Staatsgrenzen: Betrachtungen über Flüchtlinge, ähnliche und unähnliche Personenkategorien“.
