Was tun wenn alles schief läuft?
Manchmal gibt es so Tage an denen nichts klappt!
Egal ob eine wirklich brenzliche Situation entsteht oder man einfach nur reiterlich an seine Grenzen kommt.
Ich kenne solche Situationen zu genüge. Was mache ich. Ich versuche erstmal jegliches Risiko zu vermeiden. Also Dampf aus der Szene nehmen und runter kommen. Manchmal auch wortwörtlich. Und dann analysieren um dieselben Fehler beim nächsten Mal zu vermeiden.
Man darf nie vergessen, wir arbeiten nicht nur mit einem rund 600kg schweren Lebewesen sondern auch immer an unseren eigenen Grenzen. Und oftmals braucht man eine frustrierende Einheit um mit neuer Energie voran zu kommen.
Trotz allem muss die Sicherheit für mich im Vordergrund stehen. Wenn ich Angst habe und das Gefühl habe ein zu hohes Risiko einzugehen, dann gehe ich einen Schritt zurück und stehe dazu.
Und funktioniert das? Für mich schon. Ich stürze sehr selten und kann eine gute reiterliche Entwicklung vorweisen. Aber ich denke, dass ist eine Problematik bei der jeder seinen Weg finden muss 🙂
