How do you manage to keep track of everything from the big project \u201cdoctoral thesis\u201d to papers and conferences to the deadline for the defense? How do you avoid procrastination and can\u2019t everything be done more efficiently?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the workshop we will deal with different methods of time and project management. The focus will not be on the organization of teams, but on the organization of one\u2019s own working and living time. The goal is to give the participants a toolbox to be able to concentrate on the essentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Date:  June 8, 2026<br>Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm<br>Format: on-site: Von-Seckendorff-Platz 1, Heide-Campus, 5.
