The International Graduate Academy (InGrA) has developed a workbook for individual career development within the UNIBUND with the Universities Jena and Leipzig. The workbook \u201cCareer Development for Postdocs\u201d (link<\/a>) is designed to help you consciously shape your professional future. It provides structured impulses and practical tools to guide you. The workbook enables you to reflect on your personal goals, analyze your skills and strengths, and prepare for the next steps in your career. It can be used to prepare for a career within academia or to plan an outside-of-academic career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on your current phase as a postdoc, you can use individual exercises separately or systematically work through the content over an extended period. The workbook is also suitable for preparing for staff meetings or consultations.
