In the workshop, we will show you how to use the workbook to approach your career planning strategically and efficiently. You will explore selected tools from the workbook, take initial steps toward structuring your career plan and gain fresh perspectives through discussions with fellow postdocs and career advisors. After the event, feel free to continue with other exercises from the workbook to further develop your career plan and make well-informed decisions aligned with your values, strengths, and long-term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
