Additionally lab courses were organized with demonstration experiments.<\/p>\n<h3>Contents<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The quantum mechanical foundation of Infrared Spectroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Experimental principles of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Principle of Broadband Dielectric Spectroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Modern Applications of Broadband Dielectric Spectroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Discussion of the chemical shift Hamiltonian with isotropic and anisotropic parts in NMR spectroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Influence of sample orientation and molecular dynamics on the NMR signals<\/li>\n<li>Magic angle spinning<\/li>\n<li>Requirements for single molecule fluorescence detection at low and room temperature<\/li>\n<li>Optical microscopy schemes as well as microscopic detection beyond the diffraction limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Recommendations for literature, e-learning<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>C.
