In this workshop, participants experienced how to handle with leadership situations along one’s daily business \u2013 within groups, teams, in hierarchical structures, in non-hierarchical processes. They received impact to self-perception and how others look at them and can draw conclusions to their leadership behaviour.<\/p>\n

Why it is impossible \u201cto motivate people\u201d \u2013 but what can one do instead? Participants also received ideas to strengthen their ability to perceive, recognize, influence and control one’s emotions in relevant situations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
