Ein A5 Format reicht um Ideen anschaulichzu machen. Wenn man sich f\u00fcr ein Konzept entschieden hat steht nun die Frage nach dem Format, des Blattes. Unter einem Format von A4 wird es schwierig einen sch\u00f6nen Effekt vom Wechsel-Strich zu erzielen. F\u00fcr ein Zitat oder einfachen Spruch reicht ein A4 Format meistens aus. Ein Kalligramm oder Songtext hingegen ben\u00f6tigt (nicht zwingend) ein gr\u00f6\u00dferen Format. Das kann A3, A2 oder auch quadratische zurecht geschnitten sein. beschrieben wird h\u00e4ngt auch von der Art der Tinte ab, die man verwendet. Hat man eine ung\u00fcnstige Kombination, so franst die Tinte auf dem Papier aus und macht die Schrift im schlimmsten Fall unleserlich, aber auf jeden Fall unanschaulich. Tinte von &#8222;Rohrer &amp; Klinger Leipzig &#8211; Co.&#8220; verl\u00e4uft auf den meisten Druckerpapieren. Daher braucht man Papier mit glatteren Oberfl\u00e4chen. Eine Auwahl von Papieren, die funktioniert zum Beispiel das &#8222;Bristol Board Papier von Frisk &#8211; Graphic Art Materials&#8220; mit 250 g\/m\u00b2 als A4-Format und . Es ist ein sehr dickes Papier und sollt ein durchdachtes Konzept aufnehmen. Weiter hin mit einem Format von 24&#215;30 cm ist das Kalligrafie-Papier von &#8222;Clairefontaine&#8220;. Das Papier hat eine rauere und glatte Oberfl\u00e4che und eine creme-Farbe.
