The team supports selecting the right strategy to solve cell biological and ultrastructural questions using microscopic techniques. Both room temperature and cryo-preparation techniques and freeze-fracture techniques are available for adequate sample preparation. Negative staining and plunge freezing are offered as preparation techniques for determining the structure of large molecular complexes.
