Am 9. Mai 2010, das ist bereits der kommende Sonntag, wird in Nordrhein-Westfalen ein neuer Landtag gewählt. Zugleich entscheidet sich womöglich das Schicksal der schwarz-gelben Bundesratsmehrheit, die derzeit ganze drei Stimmen beträgt (NRW hat sechs Stimmen im Bundesrat).
Anlässlich der Wahl bringt das ZDF heute abend in der Reihe „ZDF.reporter“ ein 45-minütiges Special zu NRW. Am Beispiel der Stadt Hamm wird gezeigt, unter welchem (finanziellen) Druck die Kommunen derzeit stehen, ein weiterer Beitrag befasst sich mit der Zukunft des dreigliedrigen Schulsystems in NRW, schließlich geht es um Mindestlöhne und Leiharbeit.
