Nach den Wahlen ist vor den Wahlen
Nach den jüngsten Landtagswahlen in Bayern und Hessen (einschließlich der bundespolitischen Konsequenzen dieser Wahlen) richtet sich die Aufmerksamkeit der politischen Beobachter auf die bevorstehenden Wahlen des Jahres 2019. Neben diversen Kommunalwahlen und der Wahl zum Europäischen Parlament stehen im Herbst des kommenden Jahres insbesondere die Landtagswahlen in den Bundesländern Brandenburg, Sachsen und Thüringen im Fokus. Ich denke, dass die kommenden EU-Parlamentswahlen auf deutlich mehr Interesse stoßen werden als in der Vergangenheit, angesichts von aktuellen Themen wie Brexit, Handelskrieg und den ewig präsenten Transferleistungen und Haushaltsstreitereien. Wird sicherlich spannend werden.
