    The participation of SNP2Prot members in the retreat is mandatory. With submitting your data you are registered to attend all three days.
    In case your are not able to attend the entire event for certain reasons, please write a brief note:


    Your personal data will be used by the SNP2Prot office and the administration of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg for organisational and administrative purposes related to this event. For organisational reasons, your data will be shared with the hotel involved in the event. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties and will be deleted by the SNP2Prot office no later than six months after the event.
