SNP2Prot – Submit your FP2 project proposal

Please complete the web form and submit your project proposal by 16 October 2026.

Before you begin, please consult the FP2 Project Proposal Manual, which provides detailed instructions for preparing your project proposal. The completed proposal should be submitted as a PDF file via the upload function at the end of this web form.

Please also prepare your CV in accordance with the current DFG Curriculum Vitae template:

        Discussion round – Focus Group

        MAPPING EXISTING EXPERTISE AND ANALYTICAL INTERFACES

        On 25 March 2026 a discussion round is planned as part of the joint retreat of the CRC 1644 and CRC 1664 – SNP2Prot. The focus groups are designed to map existing scientific and methodological expertise and to identify analytical and methodological interfaces between the two CRCs.

        Objectives

        • Foster exchange and mutual understanding between projects of both CRCs
        • Make existing expertise, methods, data, and infrastructures visible
        • Identify potential analytical and methodological cross-overs

        Format and Setup

        • Three parallel focus groups
        • Self-selection of participants beforehand by web query
        • PIs and ECRs discuss separated (Step 1), then together (Step 2)
        • Moderation teams composed of members from both CRCs
