Kürbis-Ricotta-Ravioli mit Spinat
Zutaten für 4 Personen
- 3 Zwiebeln
- 800 g Hokkaidokürbis
- 2 EL Olivenöl
- Salz, Pfeffer
- 70 g Haselnusskerne
- 60 g Parmesan (Stück)
- 150 g junger Blattspinat
- 100 g Ricotta
- 1 Packung (500 g) Nudelteig
- 1 Ei , 2–3 EL Butter (Gr. M)
- 1 EL flüssiger Honig
- 2 EL Apfelessig
