Der Vortrag befasst sich primär mit einer aktuellen Entscheidung des OLG Frankfurt v. 10.5.2012 (26 SchH 11/10), in der es um die Anwendbarkeit eines intra-EU-Investitionsschutzvertrages als wirksame Schiedsvereinbarung ging.
