Whether working from home or on-site in the office: a clear separation between working time and rest time is often difficult. While the boundaries between work and private life blur particularly easily when working from home, the pressure to be constantly available and productive can also become a burden in daily office life. This makes it all the more important to consciously structure your own time, schedule regular breaks, and ensure a good balance.
