Vom 1. bis 5. Oktober 2007 haben die Mitarbeiter der Forschungsstelle Bernhard Kluttig und Karsten Nowrot Vorlesungen auf den Gebieten „The Law and Application of the European Community’s Trade Defence Instruments“ und „The Council of Europe: Institutional Structure and Legal Regime“ an der Juristischen Fakultät der Wolshski-Universität von Tatistschew in Togliatti (Russland) gehalten.
