Halle and colonialism – a connection reaching back far, often (made) invisible. Come along to places in the city that tell stories. Stories of how Halle is connected to the global history of colonialism. Stories of how racism shaped and continues to shape German society. But also stories of how people resisted and still do.
The walking tour will be in English, outside and take about two hours. Dress suitable to April weather.
Meeting point: Market square, in front of the market church
Organized and carried out by: halle postkolonial (hallepostkolonial@riseup.net)
