The basic approach to using PVC profile generation line

According to certain requirements of the production solution type specification, install the extrusion die and shaping die that will meets the specification of the product.
Check whether your instrumentation, electrical and mechanical facilities of the PVC profile production line running equipment come in normal condition, check whether the raw material supply was in place and whether this raw material composition is consistent with the components required just for this product.
Check again whether the fixing screws with the extrusion die and your setting die are tightened into position, and also check whether the lake and steam channels will be smooth and whether your extrusion dies, the location dies, and the cooling water tank is within the same line.
Check no matter whether the vacuum pump can be normal; check whether the traction machines is running normally and whether the environment channel of the traction unit is smooth; check whether the slicing machine is running normally and whether the environment channel is smooth; check whether the air channel of the discharge frame is smooth.
Get started the production. Operate the extrusion apparatus correctly and adjust the relevant data to make sure product quality. After the item is formed, notify the coffee quality inspection personnel to look it and normal production following the quality inspection is handed down.
After normal production, quality inspection personnel inform the finished product appearance personnel to paste the relevant logo and do a great job of packaging and placement of finished products.
The quality inspection people will conduct quality tour inspection punctually and notify the operators to rectify the coffee quality problems such as thick, weight, gap, and smoothness with the products in time.
