Whether working remotely, in a hybrid model, or on-site: Work structures at MLU are now more diverse than ever. Alongside greater flexibility come new challenges for effective teamwork. While some colleagues work from home, others meet daily on campus. That makes it all the more important to foster clear structures and respectful collaboration – regardless of where we work.

This article offers ideas on how to promote healthy collaboration across physical distances – through trust, regular communication, clear structures, and digital support.

If you struggle frequently with migraines, suffer from an autoimmune disease or another chronic illness or impairment, you may be absent from work due to illness more often than others. Or you may have the same job performance as others, but find it much harder to perform at the same level or work under the same conditions.
