Method Man’s voice is honestly half of what makes those early Wu tracks hit so hard — that lazy, gravelly delivery on „Bring the Pain“ still sounds untouchable. Been messing around with a 声診断 男女 thing lately and it got me thinking about how much a voice alone can define a whole era of hip-hop. Curious what everyone else’s go-to Meth verse is.
Method Man’s verse on that track still hits different after all these years — the day-after vibe of the whole Wu catalog is unmatched. Honestly, half of what makes Wu-Tang so iconic is the imagery, and the hand gestures alone deserve a deep dive, kind of like what’s collected at Nate Hand Gesture for anyone into that side of hip-hop culture. Solid post, keep the Wu alive.
