We are very proud that acceptance tests for the microscope started today, and we have seen that we go way below company specs with the microscope. Below, a Young’s fringe test for a sample, the company specs are shown with the red circle. Whatever is outside the circle is beyond comapny specs: resolution extending to at least 5.13 1/nm (1.94 Å) – other measurements show even below 1.5 Å!
