Information: International staff and staff from racially minoritised groups are confronted with many challenges inside and outside of the university. In the light of the upcoming federal state elections and the possibility of a right-wing extremist party in government, the position of international staff and staff from racially minoritised groups may become even more vulnerable. The workshop aims to raise awareness for some of the challenges of international and racially minoritised staff groups and to provide a space to share experiences. At the same time, it is an opportunity to learn about existing support structures and identify areas of development and action points for the faculty, as well as to derive action points on a more personal level and how to be a good ally for this vulnerable group. In order to be inclusive independent of German language skills, the workshop will be conducted in English, but smaller group discussions can also take place in German.

Anmeldung: Eine Voranmeldung ist nicht erforderlich. Die Anmeldung zu den Workshops erfolgt am Veranstaltungstag ab 10:00 Uhr vor Ort im Hörsaal (Haus 31)..
