The talk will give an introduction to amyloid fibrils, particularly the amyloid aggregation of the parathyroid hormone (PTH). Also, it will cover the impact of complex environment on the formation of amyloid aggregation and the results of hydrodynamic values using single focus Fluorescence Correlation spectroscopy (FCS) measurements. The limitations of using single focus FCS method will be discussed as well as the introduction of dual focus FCS method.
