Leadership – How to find my own way (June 3-4, 2019)

In this workshop, participants experienced how to handle with leadership situations along one’s daily business – within groups, teams, in hierarchical structures, in non-hierarchical processes. They received impact to self-perception and how others look at them and can draw conclusions to their leadership behaviour.

Why it is impossible “to motivate people” – but what can one do instead? Participants also received ideas to strengthen their ability to perceive, recognize, influence and control one’s emotions in relevant situations.
