Leadership – How to find my own way (June 3-4, 2019)

In this workshop you will experience how to handle with leadership situations along your daily business – within groups, teams, in hierarchical structures, in non-hierarchical processes. You will receive impact to self-perception and how others look at you and can draw conclusions to your leadership behavior.

Why it is impossible “to motivate people” – but what can you do instead? You will also receive ideas to strengthen your ability to perceive, recognize, influence and control your emotions in relevant situations.
