If you made it to the job interview you are already very successful: you wrote a convincing application. Nevertheless, there is still a long way to go, not least because, as face-to-face situations, job interviews are much less controllable than written applications. In this workshop, participants learnt how to prepare job interviews. And we practiced them.
This online Workshop was organized by InGrA. For more information and registration visit the InGrA page.

Do you find yourself at conferences drinking coffee alone? Do you seem to miss every chance to network? Or do you have the feeling you can’t keep the conversation going or can’t even get it started in the first place? No matter if you answer one of these questions with a clear “yes” or you simply have the feeling that you could improve your selfpresentation and communication skills, then this workshop might be just right one for
you. From the first impression you leave, the conversations that follow, to a friendly follow-up — all of this will be covered during this seminar.

This module addressed doctoral students in chemistry, physics, biophysics, and related fields without much prior knowledge or experience in scattering theory and experiments. It introduced the basic theoretical and technical concepts of applications of x-ray small angle and wide angle scattering in polymer science.
