What is the KT Boost Fund?
The program strengthens 15 excellent Postdocs in the Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Sciences through:
- flexible funding of up to 120,000€ to create space for independent, riskier, interdisciplinary projects,
- support in establishing (international) collaborations and networks,
- targeted support and advice for professional and personal development.
The program aims to make the career paths of (younger) researchers in Germany more flexible, accelerating careers and promoting earlier independence.
