Coaching is an interactive, time-limited process between coach and coachee, which is a discrete, individual and demanding training process. The focus is on developing the coachee’s resources and potential, which is broken down into the following areas: career planning, leadership training, performance optimization, quality of work and professional challenges.
The aim of coaching is to improve the quality of work and work performance while at the same time increasing personal satisfaction. In terms of problem solving, the aim of coaching is to help people to help themselves and take responsibility for their own actions. Those being coached should be shown – in a transparent manner – new ways and options in terms of perception, experience and behavior. The focus can be on both professional and private issues.
