Here you find an overview of workshops of InGrA and HR department Ref 3.2 in 2023. These workshop are shaped to the needs of doctoral students and postdocs at MLU. Workshop language of InGrA and Ref 3.2 is English and German, respectively. InGrA workshops are designed for all doctoral students independent of their mother tongue. With English workshops most of scientists in an early career phase can be addressed. The scientific career comes with some questions and challenges!
The mentoring program for female postdocs at the universities of Halle, Jena and Leipzig will again offer eight places per university for advanced female postdocs, habilitation candidates, junior research group leaders or junior professors from June 2023 to support them in their next career steps.
The program is aimed at female scientists who aspire to a professorship and can demonstrate at least two years of independent scientific activity as a postdoc.

The winners of the KlarText Award for Science Communication 2022 in the category Biology is Dr. Steffen Breinlinger. He did his doctoral thesis “Investigations into bioactive natural products from cyanobacteria : a search for drug leads and the discovery of a novel cyanotoxin” in the research group Pharmacognosy of Prof. Dr. Timo Niedermeyer at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
