Robert Gibbs – dieser Mann hat Humor!
Am Wochenende sprach die ehemalige US-Vizepräsidentschaftskandidatin Sarah Palin auf dem bundesweiten Kongress der „Tea Party“-Bewegung in Nashville. Dabei blieb dem aufmerksamen Fernsehzuschauer nicht verborgen, dass sie sich für die Frage-und-Antwort-Session im Anschluss an ihre Rede die wichtigsten Begriffe auf die Innenseite ihrer linken Hand geschrieben hatte (wer genau hinschaute, konnte „Energy“, „Budget Cuts“, „Tax“ und „Lift American Spirit“ lesen).
Robert Gibbs, der Pressesprecher des Weißen Hauses, nutzte in dieser Woche Palins Steilvorlage, um den versammelten Journalisten während seines Pressebriefings zu zeigen, was er sich auf die Hand geschrieben hatte. Sehen Sie seine Reaktion auf Palin hier:
