Neue Ausgabe von „Aus Politik und Zeitgeschichte“ zum Thema „Wählen gehen“
Vorankündigung: am kommenden Montag, den 18. September 2017, erscheint die neue Ausgabe der Zeitschrift „Aus Politik und Zeitgeschichte“. In diesem Heft dreht sich wenige Tage vor der Bundestagswahl 2017 alles um das Thema „Wählen gehen“. Karl-Rudolf Korte zum Beispiel thematisiert unter der Überschrift „Was entscheidet die Wahl?“ Themen und Wahlmotive im „Superwahljahr 2017“. Hedwig Richter beschäftigt sich mit der Etablierung sowie der Attraktivität von Wahlen („Warum wählen wir?“). Sascha Kneip und Wolfgang Merkel gehen der Frage nach, ob Wahlen demokratische Legitimität garantieren können. In gleich zwei Beiträgen geht es um die mögliche Einführung einer Wahlpflicht: Michael Kaeding argumentiert für eine solche Maßnahme, während sich Viola Neu dagegen ausspricht. Am Ende des Heftes findet sich schließlich ein Beitrag von Markus Reiners, der das E-Voting in Estland zum Anlass nimmt, um zu fragen, ob bzw. inwieweit ein solches Online-Instrument auch in Deutschland zum Einsatz kommen könnte bzw. sollte.
