Zur Zukunft des (parlamentarischen) Regierungssystems
Die gestrigen Wahlen in Spanien (mehr hier) haben einen Trend erkennen lassen, der in den letzten Jahren auch schon in anderen Ländern (etwa auch bei der Bundestagswahl 2017 in Deutschland) zu kontatieren war: aus ganz unterschiedlichen Gründen fragmentieren sich Parteiensysteme – mit der Konsequenz, dass es in Parlamenten immer schwieriger wird, stabile Regierungsmehrheiten zu organisieren und die Partei, die als Sieger aus der Wahl hervorgeht, nicht ohne weiteres ihren Führungsanspruch einlösen kann. In einem aktuellen Beitrag auf der Webseite Verfassungsblog macht sich der Potsdamer Politikwissenschaftler Steffen Ganghof vor dem Hintergrund des oben skizzierten Szenarios einige Gedanken zur Zukunft des (parlamentarischen) Regierungssystems.
