Neuerscheinung: „Parlamentsfraktionen“
Es geschieht nicht allzu oft, dass politikwissenschaftlich interessante und relevante Bücher direkt von politischen Praktikern geschrieben werden. Bei der Neuerscheinung „Parlamentsfraktionen. Aufbau-Funktionen-Arbeitsweise“ aus dem Kohlhammer-Verlag ist das der Fall, denn der Autor Fedor Ruhose war beruflich unter anderem als Parlamentarischer Geschäftsführer der SPD-Fraktion im Landtag von Rheinland-Pfalz tätig.
