Neues Einführungswerk zum politischen System Deutschlands
Es gibt bereits zahlreiche politikwissenschaftliche Einführungen in das politische System der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, erwähnt seien nur die bekanntesten Werke von Wolfgang Rudzio, Manfred G. Schmidt oder Klaus von Beyme. Im VS-Springer-Verlag ist kürzlich von Florian Grotz (Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg) und Wolfgang Schroeder (Universität Kassel) ein neuer Band zum Thema erschienen. Warum ein weiteres Buch zu diesem bereits gut erforschten Untersuchungsgegenstand? In ihrer Einleitung schreiben die beiden Autoren: „Zwei Besonderheiten kennzeichnen das vorliegende Buch, wodurch es sich von den meisten anderen Einführungen unterscheidet. Zum einen untersuchen wir die Strukturelemente des deutschen Regierungssystems mithilfe eines einheitlichen Analyserahmens, der die Funktionsweise der demokratischen Willensbildung und Entscheidungsfindung in den Mittelpunkt rückt. Zum anderen betrachten wir die Politik in Deutschland aus einer institutionen- und akteursbezogenen Perspektive im Kontext eines Mehrebenensystems, das von der Kommune über die Länder und den Bund bis zur europäischen Ebene reicht“ (S. V). Ein weiterer Vorteil dieses Werkes dürfte sein, dass es mit Erscheinungsjahr 2021 hochaktuell ist und mit Blick auf viele Zahlen, Daten und Fakten so schnell nicht wieder aktualisiert werden müsste. In unserer Universitätsbibliothek verfügen wir über eine digitale Ausgabe des Buches.
