Auch an der MLU wird gewählt!
Seit geraumer Zeit berichten wir hier auf diesen Seiten von Wahlen in aller Welt – von Washington über London bis hin zur Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf (und sogar die Uckermark war vertreten!), dabei liegt das Gute doch so nah: am 19. Mai 2010 finden an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr die Hochschulwahlen statt. Fachschaftsräte und der Studierendenrat (StuRa) vertreten die Interessen der Studierendenschaft gegenüber der Universität, dem Kultusministerium und der Öffentlichkeit.
Senat und Fakultätsrat sind Gremien der MLU, in die alle Studierenden die studentischen Kandidaten wählen können, die dann dort neben Professoren und anderen Mitarbeitern der MLU sitzen und über zentrale Fragen der Universität zumindest mitdiskutieren können und in vielen Fällen auch ihren Einfluss geltend machen können. Es sollte also im Interesse jedes Studierenden liegen, in der Wahl am Mittwoch seine Stimme mit einzubringen.:)
Die hallesche Studierendenzeitschrift „Hastuzeit“ stellt auf ihrer Webseite die aktuellen Hochschulgruppen einschließlich der jeweiligen Kandidaten vor.
