Einladung zur Filmvorführung: „The War Room“
Am Donnerstag, den 16. Dezember 2010, möchten Herr Siefken und ich Sie gerne zu einer Filmvorführung einladen. Am vorletzten Tag vor der Weihnachtspause zeigen wir ab 18 Uhr im Hörsaal Audimax/Audimax mit „The War Room“ einen Dokumentarfilm über die (erfolgreiche) Präsidentschaftskampagne Bill Clintons im Jahre 1992. Der Film zeigt eindrucksvoll, was es heißt, in den Vereinigten Staaten für das Weiße Haus zu kandidieren – und zwar bevor das Internet, soziale Netzwerke und Twitter den Wahlkampf revolutioniert haben.

Nach der Vorführung wollen wir kurz über den Film sprechen, danach besteht sicher Gelegenheit, den Abend in einer der gastronomischen Einrichtungen rund um den Uniplatz ausklingen zu lassen.

Surah Al-Waqi’ah, the 56th chapter of the Qur’an, is a Meccan surah consisting of 96 verses.
