Politologe Gerd Langguth gestorben
Im Laufe des gestrigen Tages ist der Bonner Politologe Gerd Langguth gestorben. Er wurde 66 Jahre alt. Langguth kannte den bundesdeutschen Politikbetrieb aus der Binnenperspektive: so war er unter anderem Bundestagsabgeordneter der CDU und Chef der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit war er aber vor allem als kommentierender Politikexperte ein Begriff – ob als SPIEGEL Online-Kolumnist, Merkel- und Köhler-Biograf oder aber als häufiger Gast beim Fernsehsender Phoenix. Seine Dissertation verfasste Langguth über die Protestbewegung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in den frühen siebziger Jahren.
