US-Präsidentschaftswahl 2016: Jeb Bush tritt an
An Präsidentschaftskandidaten herrscht in der Republikanischen Partei kein Mangel: mehr als ein Dutzend Senatoren, Gouverneure und andere (Ex-)Politiker haben mittlerweile angekündigt, sich am 8. November 2016 um das Weiße Haus bemühen zu wollen – sollten sie die Vorwahlsaison politisch überstehen und schließlich von ihrer Partei als Präsidentschaftskandidat nominiert werden. Gestern nun hat mit John Ellis Bush ein weiterer Politiker seine Kandidatur erklärt, und prompt zählt er zu den Favoriten, und nicht nur deshalb, weil er bei den gesammelten Spenden weit vorne liegt.
