Zu Besuch in der neuen Bibliothek auf dem Steintor-Campus der Martin-Luther-Universität
Die alte Sozialwissenschaftliche Fachbereichsbibliothek der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg war die letzten Jahre über in einer, sagen wir, nicht gerade sehr geeigneten Lokalität untergebracht, nämlich in einem früheren Wohnhaus (einschließlich mehrerer Treppen, Seitenflügel, und so weiter). Mit der Eröffnung der neuen Zweigbibliothek im Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaftlichen Zentrum auf dem Steintor-Campus werden nun mehr als ein Dutzend Fachbereichsbibliotheken zusammengefasst. Der Bau ist überraschend hell, es stehen deutlich mehr Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung als zuvor. Sehen Sie nachfolgend einige Impressionen aus der Bibliothek. Am 17. Oktober 2015 können im Rahmen des Tages der offenen Tür auf dem Steintor-Campus Führungen durch das Bibliotheksgebäude unternommen werden.
