Neues politikwissenschaftliches Rechercheportal geht online
Am gestrigen Tage ist mit POLLUX ein neues Rechercheportal für politikwissenschaftliche Fachliteratur online gegangen. Verantwortlich für den Betrieb der Seite ist die Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Bremen sowie das GESIS Leibniz-Institut für Sozialwissenschaften, finanziell gefördert wird das Projekt durch die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). Nach einer Registrierung als Politikwissenschaftler/in hat man unter anderem Zugriff auf mehrere zehntausend Fachpublikationen. Als Vorteile werden auf der Homepage des Projekts genannt: ein umfassender politikwissenschaftlicher Suchraum, eine kostenlose, aktuelle und schnelle Suchmöglichkeit, Zugriff auf elektronische Volltexte, E-Books und Artikel sowie auf ein großes, tagesaktuelles Zeitungsarchiv, Verfügbarkeit von maßgeschneiderten Neuerscheinungslisten ab dem 1. Quartal 2018 sowie forschungsunterstützende Services. Das Portal kann hier abgerufen werden.
