53 Parteien zur #btw21 zugelassen
Insgesamt 88 Parteien hatten in den vergangenen Monaten dem Bundeswahlleiter angezeigt, dass sie im Herbst bei der Bundestagswahl antreten wollen. Inzwischen ist klar: 53 davon sind tatsächlich zur Wahl zugelassen worden. Neben den momentan im Parlament vertretenen Parteien handelt es sich dabei um so illustre Parteien wie die „Bergpartei. Die Überpartei“, die Partei für Gesundheitsforschung (die bereits im Juni zur Landtagswahl in Sachsen-Anhalt angetreten war), der Südschleswigsche Wählerverband SSW (der bereits im ersten Bundestag mit einem Mandat vertreten war) sowie „Die Urbane. Eine Hip-Hop-Partei“. In der politikwissenschaftlichen Forschung ist die Beschäftigung mit solchen Klein- und Kleinstparteien bislang überschaubar ausgefallen. Dabei wäre es sicherlich spannend, sich mit den spezifischen Herausforderungen auseinanderzusetzen, mit denen diese Partei in der täglichen Arbeit und in der öffentlichen Wahrnehmung konfrontiert sind. Und natürlich ist die Frage spannend, was Wählerinnen und Wähler dazu treibt, eine solche Partei, die in der Regel keinerlei Chance auf einen Einzug in den Bundestag hat, zu wählen.
