Neues IzpB-Heft: „Der Weg zur Einheit“
Das soeben erschiene Heft 352 der von der Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung herausgegebenen Reihe Informationen zur politischen Bildung (IzpB) befasst sich mit dem Weg zur deutschen Einheit. Im Mittelpunkt der Publikation steht zunächst die Rolle der deutschen Frage in der internationalen Politik. Weitere Kapitel beleuchten den Zusammenbruch des SED-Regimes, die konkrete innen- wie außenpolitische Gestaltung der Wiedervereinigung, darunter auch die Verhandlungen mit den Vier Mächten, und thematisiert am Ende die Entwicklungen nach der Wiedervereinigung. Verfasst wurde das Heft von Prof. Dr. Manfred Görtemaker, der vor seiner Emeritierung im Jahre 2018 über viele Jahre als Zeithistoriker an der Universität Potsdam tätig war.
