Neugründung: „Parlamentskreis Hund“
Der Deutsche Bundestag kennt eine Vielzahl an so genannten Parlamentskreisen, in denen sich Abgeordnete unterschiedlicher Fraktionen zusammenfinden, um ein gemeinsames Interesse zu verfolgen. So gibt es einen Parlamentskreis Schützenwesen, einen Parlamentskreis Automobiles Kulturgut oder einen Parlamentskreis Pferd. Diese Kreise sind informell und stehen außerhalb der parlamentarischen Strukturen, jedoch erheben sie den Anspruch, ihre Interessen stärker in der politischen Debatte verankern zu wollen. Nicht immer geht es um hobbyverdächtige Themen, sondern zum Beispiel auch um Energieeffizienz oder Fluglärm.
Vor wenigen Tagen hat sich nun der Parlamentskreis Hund gegründet. Bislang heißt es in der Hausordnung des Bundestages, dass das Mitbringen von Tieren nicht gestattet sei, Ausnahmen gelten für Blindenführhunde sowie Diensthunde im Auftrag der Bundestagspolizei. Über die Neugründung und die damit einhergehenden Implikationen für den Parlamentsbetrieb berichtete in der vergangenen Woche mit einem vermeintlichen Augenzwinkern die Süddeutsche Zeitung auf ihrer Titelseite. Letzten Endes geht es mit der Möglichkeit, Tiere mit in die Parlamentsgebäude mitbringen zu dürfen, um einen notwendigen Stressabbau im politischen Alltag und die Wahrung der Work-Life-Balance auch im Bundestag – und jede/r Hundehalter/in kann diese Effekte nur nachdrücklich bestätigen…
Politikwissenschaftlich sind diese Parlamentskreise übrigens noch ziemliches Neuland – vielleicht findet sich ja bei Gelegenheit jemand, der oder die sich im Rahmen einer Hausarbeit darüber einige Gedanken machen möchte?:)
