Neuerscheinung: „Hyperpolitik“
Schon vor einiger Zeit hat der belgische Historiker Anton Jäger im Suhrkamp-Verlag einen schmalen Band mit dem Titel „Hyperpolitik“ veröffentlicht. Darin ruft er ein Ende der „Postpolitik“ aus und sieht eine neue Polarisierung aufziehen. Nach einer Ära der Postpolitik, in der technokratisch verwaltet wurde, während die Bürger dies höchstens vom Sofa aus kommentierten, stehen wir laut des Autors vor einem „allgegenwärtigen Zittern und Beben“. Zugleich stellt er fest, dass Aufregungswellen sich selten in kollektives Handeln übersetzen: Die Politisierung hat augenscheinlich kaum politische Folgen.
