Lektüretipp: „Experiment Einheit“
Im Jahre 2015 – also genau 25 Jahre nach der Wiedervereinigung Deutschlands – richteten das Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung und das Deutsche Historische Museum gemeinsam die Ausstellung »Alltag Einheit. Portrait einer Übergangsgesellschaft« aus. Aus dieser Ausstellung ist eine Sammlung von Essays hervorgegangen, die aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und in der Verschränkung von zeitgenössischer Erfahrung und zeitgeschichtlicher Distanz auf die Geschichte der deutschen Einigung seit 1990 blicken. In der heutigen Ausgabe der Süddeutschen Zeitung wird das Buch rezensiert, und zwar hier. Details zum Buch finden sich auf der Webseite des Wallstein-Verlags.
