„Das gehetzte Parlament“: Parlamentskultur im Wandel
Dass sich die Debatten- und Parlamentskultur im Deutschen Bundestag mit dem Einzug der AfD im Jahre 2017 merklich verändert hat, ist in Publizisik und Politikwissenschaft schon oft thematisiert worden. Wie stark sich aber der Diskurs rund um das Flüchtlingsthema nach rechts verschoben hat, ist das Resultat einer umfangreichen Recherche der Süddeutschen Zeitung (SZ). Die SZ hat alle Parlamentsprotokolle der Bonner Republik und des wiedervereinigten Deutschlands seit 1949 mit neuartigen computerlinguistischen Methoden ausgewertet, um herauszufinden, wie sich die Sprache und der politische Diskurs verändert haben. Das Fazit der Recherche ist eindeutig: „Debatten über Ausländer, Einwanderer, Flüchtlinge – das gab es in Deutschland immer wieder.
