Vielleicht ist das der ultimate Vorschlag, um die Beteiligung an Wahlen in Deutschland zu erhöhen: seit einigen Jahren bauen Johannes Peter Fabrizius und seine Frau Sybille im heimischen Wohnzimmer in Leverkusen-Edelrath an Wahltagen ein offiziell zugelassenes Wahllokal auf – und zwar seit der Schließung der Kneipe im Nachbardorf, die bis dahin als Wahllokal gedient hatte.
