Neu erschienen: ZParl, Heft 4/2010
In den letzten Tagen des alten Jahres ist die jüngste Ausgabe der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen ausgeliefert worden (deren Redaktion ihren Sitz in Halle/Saale hat).
Im neuen Heft befinden sich unter anderem Artikel und Aufsätze zur Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zu den Kompetenzen des Vermittlungsausschusses sowie zu den Erfolgsbedingungen neuer Parteien am Beispiel der Piratenpartei; gleich mehrere Artikel befassen sich mit den Landtagswahlen in Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie den Unterhauswahlen in Großbritannien, die beide im Mai 2010 stattgefunden haben. Aus einer internationalen Längsschnittstudie werden Ergebnisse zum Thema Jugendliche und Wahlkampf präsentiert, und in einer Sammelrezension werden neue Bücher zur Arbeit der Großen Koalition vorgestellt.
Für Studierende empfiehlt sich übrigens eine Mitgliedschaft in der Deutschen Vereinigung für Parlamentsfragen, die die ZParl herausgibt. Für ganze 33 Euro pro Jahr ist das Abonnement der ZParl bereits im Mitgliedsbeitrag enthalten. Zudem erhält man Einladungen zu hochkarätigen Veranstaltungen, z. B. in Berlin.
