Vortrag zum Thema US-Entwicklungspolitik
Am 15. Dezember 2011 findet an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg ein Vortrag von Dr. Alexander Brand zum Thema „Foreign Aid on the Brink of Collapse – Finanz-, Wirtschafts- und Politikkrise in den Vereinigten Staaten und die Zukunft amerikanischer Entwicklungspolitik“ statt. Organisiert wird der Vortrag von PowiMento, dem Mentorenprogramm am Institut für Politikwissenschaft der MLU. Beginn ist um 18 Uhr in Hörsaal XV im Melanchthonianum am Universitätsplatz. Dr. Brand von der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz arbeitet derzeit an einem Habilitationsprojekt zur vergleichenden Analyse von Entwicklungspolitiken ausgewählter OECD-Staaten.
