Neu erschienen: Ausgabe 3/2016 der ZParl
Pünktlich zum langen Feiertagswochenende ist den Abonnentinnen und Abonnenten der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) das Heft 3 des laufenden Jahrganges zugestellt worden. Aus Hallescher Sicht besonders interessant ist darin der Beitrag „Eingetrübte Grundstimmung, umgeschichtete Machtverhältnisse“ von Everhard Holtmann (ehedem Professor für Politikwissenschaft an der MLU, heute Forschungsdirektor beim Zentrum für Sozialforschung) und Kerstin Voelkl (Institut für Politikwissenschaft an der MLU), in dem die Ergebnisse der Landtagswahl in Sachsen-Anhalt vom 13. März 2016 ausführlich und detailliert analysiert werden.
Des Weiteren finden sich im Heft ähnliche Artikel zu den parallel stattgefundenen Wahlen in Baden-Württemberg (Oscar W. Gabriel und Bernhard Kornelius) und Rheinland-Pfalz (Heiko Gothe). Außerdem im Heft: Richard Ley richtet seinen Blick auf die Wahl der Ministerpräsidenten in den neuen Bundesländern von 1990 bis 2015 und Marc Debus blickt zurück auf die Reichstagswahl von 1933 und richtet seinen Fokus dabei insbesondere auf die Wahlergebnisse auf Ebene der Land- und Stadtkreise. Im Rezensionsteil des Heftes finden sich Besprechungen von neueren Publikationen zu den Gegenstandsbereichen politische Kultur in Ost- und Westdeutschland, dem Landtag von Thüringen, der Landesverfassung von Mecklenburg-Vorpommern sowie zur Bedeutung der Landtagsverwaltungen für die Funktionsfähigkeit der Landtage.
Für Studierende ist das Heft übrigens preisgünstig(er) im Rahmen einer Mitgliedschaft in der Deutschen Vereinigung für Parlamentsfragen (DVParl) für 25,00 Euro im Jahr erhältlich (Details hier).
